Capaian tersebut terdiri atas satu penghargaan Gold dan dua penghargaan Silver pada kategori pengelolaan pengalaman pelanggan, transformasi digital, dan teknologi layanan mandiri.<\/p>\n<p>Penghargaan Gold diraih pada kategori Best Organizational Customer Experience (CX). Sementara itu, dua penghargaan Silver diperoleh pada kategori Best Self Service Technology Application dan Best Digital Transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Capaian ini menjadi pengakuan atas upaya PLN Icon Plus meningkatkan kualitas layanan ICONNET melalui penguatan proses pelayanan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta pengembangan kanal yang memudahkan pelanggan memperoleh informasi dan bantuan.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama PLN Icon Plus, Chipta Perdana, mengatakan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan layanan ICONNET.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenghargaan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan menjadi bagian penting dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan ICONNET. PLN Icon Plus akan terus mengintegrasikan teknologi dan proses bisnis agar pelanggan memperoleh layanan yang semakin mudah, andal, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya,\u201d ujar Chipta.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui Contact Center ICONNET, pelanggan dapat memperoleh informasi, menyampaikan kebutuhan, serta mendapatkan dukungan terkait layanan internet.
