SIDOARJO | MMCJATIM<\/strong> — Kasus pengeroyokan di SPBU Jalan Jenggol, Kelurahan Pucang, berhasil diungkap Satreskrim Polresta Sidoarjo. Dua pelaku yang melakukan pemukulan berhasil diringkus, dan dua lainnya masih buron.<\/p>\n

Pengeroyokan terjadi pada 31 Maret 2022 dengan korban satu orang berinisial PA. Dalam laporannya kepada polisi pada 1 April 2022, PAP, 27 tahun, mengaku dikeroyok di depan SPBU Jenggolo sekitar pukul 01.00 WIB.<\/p>\n

Atas kejadian tersebut, korban mengalami luka lebam dan pelipis matanya robek. Akibat dipukul para pelaku menggunakan tangan kosong dan ada yang menggunakan ruyung. PAP juga sudah melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polresta Sidoarjo.<\/p>\n

Terungkapnya kasus pengeroyokan ini, berkat rekaman CCTV di SPBU. Dari rekaman CCTV yang beredar, terlihat korban dikeroyok dengan cara dipukuli dan ditendang oleh belasan orang. Setelah melakukan pengeroyokan, belasan orang tidak dikenal itu langsung tancap gas pergi meninggalkan lokasi.<\/p>\n

Kapolresta Sidoarjo Kombes Pol. Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro menjelaskan, pelaku merupakan kelompok pemuda yang biasa nongkrong depan SPBU Jenggolo sampai lewat malam. Bahkan yang nongkrong malam saat kejadian, juga ada dari beberapa kelompok lain.<\/p>\n

“Korban yang melintas dengan motornya di depan kelompok tersebut. Kemudian salah satu orang dari mereka memanggil korban, dan korban berhenti kemudian menghampiri mereka. Dari sinilah para pemuda mengeroyok korban yang mereka anggap telah menggeber gas dan menyinggung,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Setelah korban melapor ke kantor Polisi. Beberapa hari kemudian, tim Satreskrim Polresta Sidoarjo berhasil menangkap dua orang pelaku yakni IFS berperan memukul korban menggunakan tangan kosong, dan OA, berperan memukuli korban menggunakan ruyung. Sementara dua pelaku lain, yang memukul dan menendang masih dalam pengejaran polisi.<\/p>\n

“Tidak menutup kemungkinan jumlah pelaku akan bertambah. Melihat rekaman CCTV begitu banyak orang yang mengeroyok. Semua akan kami kembangkan lagi,” lanjutnya. Terhadap tersangka dikenakan Pasal 170 KUHP, dengan ancaman Hukuman penjara paling lama tujuh tahun.<\/p>\n
