H. Suhirdin, MM diwakili oleh Hj. Arzeti Zarni, SPd, Ketua Komite SMP Negeri 2 Lahat diwakili oleh Rahmat Alamsyah, SPd, Para peserta lomba tingkat SD Se-Kabupaten Lahat, Pengurus OSIS SMP Negeri 2 Lahat dan tamu sesuai undangan.<\/p>\n<p>Rahmat Alamsyah, SPd dalam kata sambutanya menyampaikan &#8221; Kami mendukung penuh pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik di segala bidang, Bukan hanya di akademik saja, namun juga di non-akademik. Salah satu bentuk dukungan kami terhadap pengembangan non-akademik siswa adalah disediakannya sebuah kegiatan dalam bentuk Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) ini &#8221; jelasnya<\/p>\n<p>Kedepannya kita bisa mendapatkan bibit-bibit siswa berprestasi, lanjutkan program yang bagus ini guna menuju pendidikan yang lebih baik<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Lahat Hasarul Husai, MPd menyampaikan Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua hari. Selain kegiatan tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah, kegiatan ini pun merupakan sebuah seleksi bagi siswa SD untuk melanjutkan ke SMP terutama SMP Negeri 2 Lahat melalui jalur prestasi.<\/p>\n<p>Ditambahkan nya Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) ini merupakan event tahunan untuk memperkenalkan SMP Negeri 2 Lahat ke masyarakat dan menjaring anak-anak yang berprestasi untuk sekolah ini, kegiatan inipun khususnya untuk tingkat SD. Kegiatan ini juga tidak lain untuk menjaring siswa-siswi agar bisa masuk ke SMP Negeri 2 Lahat tanpa melakukan test apapun lagi,\u201d tutup Hasarul.<\/p>\n<p>Disisi lain H. Arzeti Zarni, SPd selaku Ketua TP-PKK Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Lahat menyampaikan SMP Negeri 2 Lahat benar-benar telah melaksanakan amanah pendidikan dengan penuh kerja keras. Mereka sangat antusias dan bangga dengan kemajuan yang diraih SMP Negeri 2 Lahat ini. Pengolahan sampah, Hidroponik, literasi dan kegiatan keagamaan merupakan keunggulan sekolah yang luar biasa keren.<\/p>\n<p>M.
